I am 93 years old and fortunate enough to have been able to drive my car until a week ago when I had to have a hip replacement! I had just received a letter from your service department saying my service was due, so I explained and said would they please not write me off yet as I was hoping that after 6 weeks I may be able to drive again! And I would contact them later. Very soon afterwards I was amazed and delighted when I received a beautiful, hand written, get well card from someone on your staff, and I just wanted them to know how much it was appreciated. I also wanted you to know (in this very modern changing world) how some of your staff are still prepared to go the extra mile beyond their sense of duty. I will contact the service department when (and if!) I am able to drive again

Our apt was for 10am but, although we left Derbyshire at 7am we didn't arrive at Ripon until 11.30am due to an accident on the motorway that had us at a standstill for nearly 2 hours. Despite this, your team were still able to fit us in and, when we came to collect the car, it was spotless both inside and out and all the work had been completed. We really expected having to come back to get works completed you couldn't fit in, due to our arriving late. Thank you also for doing the warranty work. The loan car also had some fuel in which was nice as the last car we borrowed had the red fuel light on the moment we got in, so it was great to be able to start our journey from your premises without having to worry where the nearest petrol station was located.
