Car Sales Consultant - SUZUKI RIPON
Basic Salary: £25.000 + Company Car, Pension & Training.
Basic Salary; £13,750 + Commission, Company Car, Pension & Training.
Commission: Agreed commission structure with OTE circa £35k. (Uncapped) Hours of work: 5 day working week over 7 days.
Selling cars, profitably and fairly to and achieve daily and weekly targets.
Building relationships over the phone with customers and making appointments.
Working to an agreed sales structure and process.
Be able to offer excellent customer service from 1st contact to handover of vehicle and beyond.
Make initial telephone contact with our customers and discuss the benefits of our service and products.
Complete applications using internal systems, explain process and arrange appointments to visit dealership.
Be able to manage own diary, follow sales process, do PX appraisals, do vehicle demonstrations and be confident to discuss repayments and conclude sales to the company's satisfaction.
Be responsible for the timely processing of paperwork and maintain quality to the highest standards.
Previous sales or public facing experience preferred although this is not essential.
Be able to work on own initiative as well as being a team player.
Be able to deal professionally with clients and colleagues at all times.
Be able to maintain flexibility in working patterns to support business needs.
Be able to follow a structured process.
Be computer literate and able to adapt to new systems.
Organisation / Time Management Skills
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Due to the nature of the role a FULL driving licence is required.
