Corporate Account Manager | Fleet Car Sales Consultant - RIPON

Basic Salary: £24.000 - £40,000 OTE

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to take the next step in their career and move more into the business to business side of the motor trade within an excellent brand and growing motor group. The successful candidate will need to be self driven in their desire to prospect and sell to local businesses. They will need to have recent experience in the motor trade and must have a client based position in which you deal with local businesses on a daily basis. It is essential that you have a friendly and motivated personality and excellent communication skills.

Key objectives:

Selling cars to business users, profitably and fairly to and achieve daily and weekly targets.
Building relationships over the phone with customers and making appointments.
Working to an agreed sales process.
Be able to offer excellent customer service from 1st contact to handover of vehicle and beyond.

Role responsibilities:

Make initial telephone contact with our customers and discuss the benefits of our service and products.
Complete applications using internal systems, explain process and arrange appointments to visit dealership.
Be able to manage own diary, follow sales process, do PX appraisals, do vehicle demonstrations and be confident to discuss repayments and conclude sales to the company's satisfaction.
Be responsible for the timely processing of paperwork and maintain quality to the highest standards.
